The Bearing Chilling Coolant Ring represents a breakthrough in spindle cooling technology for Tormach machines. This fully 3D-printed design features 360-degree coverage with six independently adjustable coolant jets and six air blast nozzles, each capable of 35-degree directional movement. Dual upper and lower seals maintain direct contact with the spindle housing, effectively cooling the lower bearing assembly and enabling sustained high-RPM operation while preventing thermal damage. The integrated 3/4-inch barb fitting maximizes coolant delivery, while the 1/8 NPT air connection with quick-disconnect coupling ensures straightforward installation
